Our wire guide nozzles and wire guide tubes are made exclusively from tungsten carbide with a hardness of over 85 HRC and a flexural strength of over 4000 MPa. The smallest inner diameters of up to 0.08 mm are possible. The entire inner contour is carefully ground and polished to provide optimum protection for the enameled copper wire in the winding machines.
