Our wire guide nozzles and wire guide tubes are manufactured exclusively from carbide with a hardness of over 85 HRC and a flexural strength exceeding 4000 MPa. Inner diameters as small as 0.08 mm are achievable. The entire internal geometry is carefully ground and polished to optimally protect the enamelled copper wire during the winding process.
